What We Bring

Capabilities that map to common prime captures

Prime captures involving Microsoft-stack delivery, governed Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads, regulated tenant deployment (Azure Government, Government Community Cloud, GCC High), or audit-ready documentation discipline routinely require subcontractor depth that CSG carries through founder past performance.

  • Microsoft-native architecture and delivery — Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Dynamics 365
  • Hybrid Data Intelligence Platform — source-cited AI for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compatible workloads
  • Cybersecurity and Compliance — aligned to National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-53 Revision 5 (NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5), NIST SP 800-171, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 Level 2, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate
  • Cloud and Infrastructure — Azure migration, identity and access under Entra ID, regulated tenant baseline
  • Program Support — capture support, proposal support, documentation production, key personnel attribution
  • California SLED delivery — California State Administrative Manual Section 5300 alignment, Cal eProcure pursuit in progress

How We Engage

Teaming engagement process

Step 1

Inquiry

Prime sends teaming inquiry via the Contact page or admin@cornerstonesystemsgroup.com. CSG responds within one business day with capability brief and preliminary fit assessment. No commitment.

Step 2

MNDA

Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement executed before any past-performance personnel detail, commercial terms, or capture-specific solution shape is exchanged. CSG accepts the prime's MNDA template; CSG MNDA available on request.

Step 3

Solution Shape

Workstream scope, key personnel attribution, deliverables, period of performance, and labor category coverage scoped collaboratively. CSG produces sub-volume content for capture and proposal use.

Step 4

Teaming Agreement

Teaming Agreement (TA) and, if applicable, exclusivity terms executed prior to proposal submission. Letter of Commitment (LOC) and Letter of Intent (LOI) produced on request. Subcontractor agreement at award.

Key Personnel and Past Performance

What CSG can attribute on your proposal

Founder past performance covers global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) rollouts, applied AI and Machine Learning use cases on Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, cloud migration discipline, and integrated AI/ML at production scale. Engagements were under prior employers and prime relationships; attribution available under MNDA in Federal eight-element narrative form for capture and proposal use.

For active 2026 work, see Past Performance. For the Hybrid Data Intelligence Platform capability lineage, see Hybrid Data Intelligence Platform.

CSG does not currently hold independent third-party certification under CMMC, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks. CSG operates within the buyer's certified or authorized environment, including the prime's compliance scope where the teaming arrangement places CSG.
