Pre-Solicitation Response
Sources Sought and Request for Information response posture
Cornerstone Systems Group responds to federal civilian Sources Sought notices, Requests for Information (RFI), and California State/Local/Education (SLED) pre-solicitation notices within five business days of identification or notification. Response posture is built for contracting officers evaluating small-business capability depth and Microsoft-native delivery coverage on emerging procurement actions.
Response Coverage
What CSG can respond to
Response coverage is anchored on Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512 — Computer Systems Design Services — and seven secondary NAICS codes (541511, 541519, 541611, 541618, 541614, 611420, 518210). Sources Sought notices scoped to any of these codes are eligible response targets when scope aligns with Microsoft-native delivery, governed Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity and compliance, cloud and infrastructure, or program support coverage.
- Microsoft-native delivery — Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Dynamics 365
- Hybrid Data Intelligence Platform — source-cited AI for FAR / Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) workloads
- Cybersecurity and Compliance — aligned to National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-53 Rev 5, NIST SP 800-171, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 Level 2, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate
- Cloud and Infrastructure — Azure migration, Entra ID, regulated tenant baseline
- Program Support — capture, proposal, program management, documentation

Acquisition Status Disclosure
Status the contracting officer needs to know
CSG submits Sources Sought and Request for Information responses while SAM.gov registration is in progress. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code are pending issuance. The contracting officer should evaluate CSG as a small business in the process of completing SAM Active registration; Small Business Administration socio-economic designations (8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB)) are under separate eligibility evaluation and are not currently held.
CSG does not currently hold independent third-party certification under CMMC, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or equivalent frameworks. CSG operates within the buyer's certified or authorized environment. Where the Sources Sought scope requires a certified subcontractor, CSG declines to respond as prime and surfaces the gap explicitly in any submitted response.
